• Rich experience in handling clients for domestic staffing market.
4-7 Years of relevant experience in staffing in domestic Market.
• Good understanding of different skill sets and sourcing/networking/head hunting skills.
• Preferably from domestic recruitment/staffing Organisation.
• Stability is a must.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Team player, ability to work under extremely challenging environment. 
• Proven track records.

• Responsible for identifying, sourcing, interviewing and hiring experienced software Professionals for our clients requirements all over India.
• Effectively handling the clients.
• Managing a team of recruiters.
• Working for Permanent positions.
• Understanding the client’s recurring needs, hiring patterns, key skills/traits and develop a strategic sourcing plan to cater to volume hiring.
• Proactively develop a network of solid Talent based on client needs and pipelining them.
• Understand the competitive landscape and familiarise yourself with the latest technologies and upgraded versions.
